Nearly quarter a century ago, founders of “Creation GRC” decided to share their passion in opening skyline of design and creation for architect, designers and engineers, through participation in establishing “Arts & Shapes” company for manufacturing Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete in Damascus - Syria, producing an extensive range of cladding materials and decorative elements like exterior panels, windows and doors frames, arabesque sunscreens, composite columns, arches, balustrades and likewise. In 1993, the company completes the full cladding of 14 stories building in Kafersoseh area as its first kind of cladding in Damascus – Syria.
After ten years, being a big effort period to introduce and popularize GRC material in the Syrian market, the founders decided in 2003 to establish the all-new “Creation GRC” company with modern machineries, high production capacity and high quality potential, to manufacture Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete in Damascus – Syria, taking on their shoulders attracting new projects looking for modernization and uniqueness in exterior cladding and decoration, also opening for architects, designers and engineers new skyline of innovation through new potentials of design and creation.
Since its establishment, “Creation GRC” has acquired distinctive deal of pioneer projects in Syria, starting from supplying and erecting cladding elements of domes, columns, and exterior false ceilings for “Four-season Hotel” in Tajheez area in Damascus, and then supplying and erecting unique arabesque sunscreens for “Presidency of Council of Ministers” in Kafersoseh area in Damascus, and leaving its fingerprint in external investors projects in Syria right then, such as Emaar, IGO, Arabtec, Foutaim, ACC, Alkayaat and others.
Moreover, “Creation GRC” has completed vast of private projects of villas and palaces such as “Al-Bayt Al-Shami” & “Villa Sabboura” palaces of Qatari Princes in Yafour area in Damascus Suburbs, and of buildings and compounds such as “Wadi Al- Morooj” 20-buildings compound in Jedidet Al-Wadi area in Damascus Suburbs, and of shopping centers such as “Kalamall” mall in Dier-Attieh & “Shabaa Mall” mall in Aleppo, and of hotels such as “Yasmeen Rotana Hotel” the five-stars hotel in Mezzeh area in Damascus, and of many others, supplying and installing exterior cladding elements, arabesque sunscreens, cornices, doors and windows frames, different composite columns, and other exterior decorative elements.
“Creation GRC” was and still one of the most important providers of integral cladding solutions for architects, designers, and engineers who are willing to see their ambitious creations in reality, and who are willing to breach the limits of materials, cost, and time to establish their vision, sustaining in the same time the international specifications of the unique GRC material.
